10 TIPS AND TRICKS
TO GET YOU STARTED
You can Play 1 Shape Each Turn
You get to choose 1 shape from the 3 choices you get each turn. You can try them all before committing to one.
You commit to a shape by placing it over enemies and then pressing the “Attack” button.
You will get 3 new choices every turn.
You can Save Shapes to be Used later
You can choose to save a shape you like from your 3 choices by dragging it into the “Store Card” box below the “Attack” button.
You can then use this saved shape in a future turn.
Sometimes the best shape to use is from a previous turn!
Match Shape and Enemy Colors for more Damage!
Shapes come in many sizes but only 3 colors: green, blue, and red.
You can do double damage by matching shape color with enemy color. Blue enemy + Blue shape will hurt twice as much!
Tap an Enemy to Get More Info About Them
You can tap on each individual enemy to get more information about them like how much health they have left or when they will attack.
The Hourglass is how often an enemy attacks
You can find the hourglass icon in the top left of the screen or when you tap on an individual enemy.
The number next to the hourglass represents how many turns are left before this enemy will attack you.
The Sword is how Much an enemy attacks
You can find the sword icon in the top left of the screen or when you tap on an individual enemy.
The number next to the sword icon is how much damage this enemy will inflict on you when it is their turn to attack.
Beat More Levels and Earn More Stars
Try to eliminate as many enemies as you can before it is their turn to attack. You might be better off focusing on 1 enemy than attacking as many as you can. Every defeated enemy is less damage you will take!
Got Stuck?
Try a different Hero
There are multiple heroes with different abilities that you can use in the game. Each will have to be unlocked. Some are unlocked by rescuing them. Others by inviting friends to play.
You can switch heroes by tapping on them in the map screen or right before you press “Play” for a level.
Shields Protect You
You’ll notice that there’s a blue shield icon next to the heart icon during a level.
The number in the heart represents your health. The number in the shield represents how much extra damage you are protected from.
You will start taking damage once you run out of shield. Every level has different challenges.
Finish with 10 Stars for Perfection
Your score for each level is represented by stars. You are awarded 1 star for every 10 units of health. Shields do not count towards your level score. If you finish a level with 50 health then you will be awarded 5 stars. You can finish a level perfectly by eliminating all enemies while maintaining 100 health.
